Buit this for a fellow tube audio enthusiast, Glenn Bastian in PA. Nice
guy! He's got ears for good stuff. I am using 15W Trascendar OPTs for this amp. There seem to be a slight improvement
with bass over 10W version, but not by much. This is my second JEL 2A3dx amp and I love it! It's a good blend bewteen
musicality of the Simple 2A3 amp and resolution of the SRPP 2A3 amp. It must be the 76s as input tubes coupled to 6SN7s.
Those Russian PIO coupling caps are simply amazing. I
use them for all my amps now.
